Two generations, one standard

David Armstrong started the company in 1984 with a truck, a set of tools, and the belief that a fence should be built for the property it stands on. More than four decades later, the shop at 1 Church Street in Pembroke still manufactures cedar fence by hand, and David’s son works alongside him.

We are a full-service fence company: we design the fence, build it, install it, and stand behind it. The same people who quote your project are the ones who show up to do the work, which is why so much of what we build comes from a referral down the street.

Our showroom is open to the public Monday through Friday, with full-size displays of cedar, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link so you can compare materials in person instead of guessing from a brochure.
